The automaker promoted Cadillac marketing chief Deborah Wahl, who has previously been chief marketing officer of McDonald's and Chrysler, as part of an executive shuffle. CEO Mary Barra told employees about Wahl's promotion in an internal memo Thursday that listed five other executive moves, all effective immediately.
